JAZZ

Whatever your musical tastes and genres might be, music inspires us. It gets us going. It is one of life’s great emotional experiences. Jazz is not my favourite unless driving on an empty road late at night. It is a fun fair ride of musical scales, abrupt embellishments interspersed by major ionian and minor dorian flourishes. The complexity is mind dumbing, you have to be in the right frame of mind to engage with it from my experience.The jazz of nature is how I attribute the world going on around me from a non human standpoint. Short bursts of something, a slow lament of another, the bee, the breeze carrying the dandelions.The creatures doing what they do. It is always going on and one only has to trun one’s attention to it to see the daily music. The orchestra of mother nature.
